BAUSTELLEN DES ANTHROPOZÄNS

(Construction sites of the Anthropocene)

Berlin/Lausitz 2021,

#TakeCare-Recherche-Stipendium des Fonds Darstellende Künste

LANDSCAPETHEATRE

A recultivation research

Lausitz 2020,

funded by Reload-Stipendium der Bundeskulturstiftung

With the research, we explored the open pit mining landscapes of the Eastgerman Lausitz as laboratories for new forms of aesthetic and social observation. How can we scale "Europe's largest landscape construction site" as a source of experience in scene and "play"?

Weißwasser/OL  2018-2020

funded by Fonds Bauhaus Heute and Kulturstiftung Sachsen

The "Modellfall" developed a temporary new use of a de-industrialized and extremely shrunken glass-making town in Lusatia with the citizens of the city in artistic workshops over a period of 18 months. Within a cityparcours, we transformed 7 central, abandoned sites.

HOTEL BERLIN

A real estate experiment

Ballhaus Ost/Berlin 2016,

funded by the HKF

www.ballhausost.de/hotel-berlin

In the first RECHERCHEPRAXIS project, we played with a Berlin-Off-Theatre, how it markets its cultural capital in order to ensure its own survival. 75 sleeping places spread over six floors could be booked via the web portal. The theatrical-installation parcours led through the whole house on different routes.
